- 이용자란 사이트에 접속하여 본 약관에 따라 사이트가 제공하는 서비스를 받는 방문자 및 이용자를 말합니다.
제 2 조 (약관의 효력 및 변경)
- 본 약관은 사이트 화면에 게시하거나 기타의 방법으로 이용자에게 공지함으로써 효력이 발생합니다.
- 사이트는 합리적인 사유가 발생할 경우 관련 법령을 위배하지 않는 범위 내에서 본 약관을 개정할 수 있으며, 개정된 약관은 공지판을 통해 공지합니다.

제 4 조 (서비스 내용 및 면책 조항)
- 사이트가 제공하는 모든 정보는 콘텐츠 제작 현장의 안전 인식 제고 및 참고 자료 제공을 목적으로 작성되었습니다.
- 제공되는 정보는 일반적인 가이드라인이며, 개별 현장의 특수성과 최신 법령 개정 여부에 따라 다르게 적용될 수 있으므로 공식적인 법률 조언이나 유권해석을 대신할 수 없습니다.
- 사이트는 게시된 정보의 정확성과 최신성을 유지하기 위해 최선을 다하나, 이용자가 사이트의 정보를 직접·간접적으로 활용하여 발생한 어떠한 결과나 손해에 대해서도 법적 책임을 지지 않습니다.
제 5 조 (서비스의 중단 및 변경)

Thank you for visiting KContent Safety (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”). These Terms of Service regulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Site and users in using the internet-related services (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) provided by the Site.
Article 1 (Purpose and Definitions)
- These Terms of Service set forth the basic matters regarding the conditions and procedures for using safety and health guides, legal interpretations, content, and other services provided by KContent Safety.
- “User” refers to visitors and users who access the Site and receive services provided by the Site in accordance with these Terms.
Article 2 (Effectiveness and Changes to Terms)
- These Terms become effective upon being posted on the Site’s screen or announced to users through other reasonable means.
- The Site may amend these Terms to the extent that it does not violate relevant laws and regulations when reasonable grounds arise, and modified terms will be announced through the notice board.
Article 3 (Copyright and Ownership of Intellectual Property)
- All copyrights and other intellectual property rights for works created by KContent Safety (texts, guidebooks, images, designs, etc.) belong strictly to the Site operator.
- Users shall not reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, or otherwise use information obtained by using the Site for commercial purposes or allow third parties to use it without the prior consent of the operator. (Inclusion of simple citations specifying the source for non-commercial purposes is permitted.)
Article 4 (Service Content and Disclaimer)
- All information provided by the Site is created for the purpose of raising safety awareness and providing reference materials at content production sites.
- The information provided serves as general guidelines and may apply differently depending on specific field characteristics and recent legal amendments; therefore, it cannot replace official legal advice or authoritative interpretations from government bodies.
- While the Site makes every effort to maintain the accuracy and timeliness of posted information, we assume no legal liability for any results or damages arising directly or indirectly from the use of information on the Site by users.
Article 5 (Suspension and Modification of Service)
The Site may temporarily suspend the provision of services in the event of maintenance, inspection, replacement, or breakdown of information and communication facilities such as computers, or disruption of communication. The Site may also modify or change all or part of the services according to operational needs.

These Terms shall take effect from February 24, 2026.
